My name is Per Petterson, I am 51 years old and live in Värnamo. I am very much looking forward to taking on the role of CEO at Modulpac.
I bring several years of experience from CEO positions within the same segment and in related industries. Over the years, I have had the privilege of developing businesses with a strong focus on commercial growth, continuous improvement, and long-term value creation.
I am driven by continuous improvement. I believe in the power of an organisation to develop its ways of working, efficiency, and quality step by step – always with the customer’s needs at the centre.
As a leader, I value clarity and engagement built on openness and shared direction. I believe in building strong teams where employees have the opportunity to grow and contribute actively.
It is with great humility that I look at the journey Sven and the team have made with Modulpac – truly impressive. There is still significant potential ahead, and I look forward to continuing to develop the company together with all of you – employees, customers, and suppliers – and strengthening our position going forward.
