Production Philosophy
We strongly believe in our product philosophy of manufacturing as much as practically possible in our own factories. This approach benefits our customers in two ways. First, it gives both us and our customers full control over the manufacturing chain, resulting in higher quality. Second, it encourages us to optimize the design stage, enabling us to produce high-quality products at competitive prices.
Our design department (R&D) has its own test-run machines. This means that, by the time production takes over, the tools and products have already been tested and approved, allowing production to begin immediately. Our R&D department also uses 3D printers to create prototypes and prototype tools for short-run series, which helps keep development costs down.

Manufacturing, assembly, labeling, and printing – all under one roof. At Modulpac, all production is order-controlled, and many orders are customized with different labels, colors, etc.
In our factories, we have streamlined our production process in several stages to deliver cost-effective, high-quality products to our customers. We currently have 42 injection molds and a majority of robot cells. For each batch, our quality department inspects various details to ensure the highest quality of all delivered components.
This production philosophy reduces our vulnerability by giving us full control over the manufacturing chain. In addition, it benefits the environment by reducing the need for multiple polluting transports.
